Congratulations to Ivan Derizemlja, Estonian Chef of the Year and winner of the first “Reaton Award for Innovation”! For the first time, Reaton special award for innovation in cooking was presented. We are looking forward to it becoming an annual award.
A competent jury evaluated not only the skills of each chef’s in creating flavours but also his ability to show innovation while creating the dishes.
Cooking is constantly changing and evolving – new tastes, food textures, new products, technologies are entering it.
We are pleased that the idea of this award was welcomed by both the jury and the contestants!
